I built the neighbourhood to depict the cute & cosy homes of the people of hail city and to portray what their surrounding looks like.
I wanted to give a feeling- warmth/jolly through the use of lights and snow.
A very important element in the scene is the magical well- has an unlimited water supply.
The kids at Hail city love to build a snowman.
Ice lighting! So, at night one would never ever get lost due to darkness.
They use glowing herbs with ice to make these ice lights, due to the temperature of the surrounding, they never melt. So this is how a neighbourhood looks at night.
